Complaints Policy

Here at the Marylebone Implant Centre we aim to provide the highest level of care and patient satisfaction.

However if you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment with us or feel that you have a complaint, please let us know, either by email to or telephone our Practice Manager (02034342934) or directly to the principle partner.

We will aim to acknowledge your complaint in up to 5 working days, and will endeavour to respond to it within 20 days. We will do everything possible to resolve the issue to the satisfaction of all parties.

However if you are not satisfied with the outcome you can contact the Dental Complaints Services (General Dental Council)
