Our Mission
A friendly Practice and a transparent treatment Plan
If you decide to have treatment with us, you will be greeted in our friendly Marylebone practice by our Practice Manger Paula who will run through your details with you before attending your Free Consultation with our Implantologist Dr Santos.
Once you have had your consultation, we will send you your full treatment plan written in layman’s terms so that you fully understand all the treatments and costs.
No hidden costs and the option to spread your payments over your treatment
We have and will continue to charge fair prices that will not increase or change throughout the treatment plan.
They are set from the start and payment plans are discussed at an early stage to give our patients all the information they need to budget efficiently for their plans.
Our Lab
The last stage of your implant treatment is the prosthesis which is more commonly known as either the crown, bridge or overdenture. We work closely with our skilful and talented laboratory technicians when producing the part of the treatment that will be clearly visible to all. Our aim is to make something that looks both natural and beautiful, will function perfectly and will last well against the stresses your mouth creates when biting and chewing.
Our technicians are really engineers, who work to a much smaller scale. They use the latest techniques and materials along with 3D computer technology such as CAD/CAM to be able to plan and measure their work precisely.
How we are Governed
All Dentists and Dental Care professionals must be registered with the GDC to practice in the United Kingdom. They ensure that all registered members meet the high standards required to practice.
Dentists and Dental Care Professionals all have to pay an annual retention fee to remain on the register, as well as completing a specified number of CPD (continual professional development) hours.
The GDC website is fully accessible to the public. On their site, you can check the registration of your dentist, seek advice and find out information on their complaints service.
All Staff at The Marylebone Implant centre are fully registered with the GDC and their registration numbers can be found on the ‘Our Team’ page.
Care Quality Commission (CQC)
The CQC (Care Quality Commission) is the government body in place in the U.K to regulate the premises, service, staff, management, policies and activities of health services.
It is a legal requirement to register with the CQC in order to ensure that the service we provide is lawful, meets the required standards of health and safety, is patient-focused and is fit for public use.
We are very proud to say that we are fully registered and practice accordingly under the guidelines of the CQC.
We receive monthly update/briefings from the CQC, this enables us to continue to provide our patients with the best, support, respect, and focus that we can provide. We can benchmark ideas with our colleagues in dentistry and move forward and strengthen our framework on patients care.
